This policy explains what personal information EASTARCH CONSULTING (“EASTARCH”, “we” or “us”) collects through this website, how we use it, and what choices you have. It covers this website and its consultation request form.
Information we collect
The only place this website asks you for personal information is the consultation request form on our Contact page. When you submit it, we receive:
- Your full name, email address and WhatsApp number
- Your country and current education level
- Your target degree level, your target intake and, if you give one, your preferred field or major
- Any message you choose to write
- Whether you ticked the box saying you are interested in scholarship opportunities
- Your confirmation that you agree to this policy
If you contact us directly by email, WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram instead, we receive whatever you choose to send us, along with the details that service shows us, such as your name or phone number.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs so that the site can be delivered and kept secure. We do not use this information for advertising.
To prevent abuse, the consultation form also uses the IP address your submission comes from to limit repeated submissions. It is held only in the server's temporary memory, not in a database, and it is not included in the email we receive.
How we use your information
We use the details you send through the form only to respond to your enquiry and to plan your consultation, for example to understand your study goals, your timing and the kinds of programs or scholarships you are interested in. We do not use them for advertising, and we do not sell them.
Who receives your information
Form submissions are sent by email to the EASTARCH team. To deliver those emails we use a transactional email delivery service, which handles your submission on our behalf only so that it reaches us. We do not share your details with other organizations for their own purposes. We may disclose information if the law requires us to.
Cookies and tracking
This website currently does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The fonts on this website are served from the site itself, so your browser does not need to contact a third-party font service to display them. If this changes, we will update this policy.
Third-party services and links
This website links to WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. These are third-party services with their own privacy policies. Once you follow a link or message us through one of them, that service handles your information under its own terms, and we do not control how it does so. We encourage you to read their policies.
How long we keep your information
We keep your enquiry details for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and the consultation that follows. If you ask us to delete them, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong or out of date
- Delete your information
To make a request, email eastarchconsulting@outlook.com. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you before we act on it. You can also tell us at any time if you no longer want us to contact you about your enquiry.

We take reasonable care to protect the information you send us. However, no method of sending data over the internet or storing it electronically is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
